COVID 19 Updates

Please see the attached Risk Assessment which we will use during the COVID pandemic as well as the revised safeguarding guidance which should be read alongside our Safeguarding policy (please see policy documents).

Additional Safeguarding Guidance – A response to COVID 19 Jan 2021 update

Please also find our school offer during periods of COVID restrictions where children are unable to attend school or are self isolating at home due to close contact with a positive COVID case.

Remote Education Information for Parents

Remote Learning policy

The school’s Covid-19 Catch-up strategy is targeted at those children for whom not being at school had the greatest impact.  This may include those in receipt of the Pupil Premium fund, those that have / had a social worker attached to their family or those who we know have struggled disproportionately to their peers.

The Education Endowment Foundation has provided research based strategies on how best to support vulnerable pupils. This guidance has been the starting point for our catch-up strategy.

Please see the attached Covid Catch Up Plan of how we plan to spend the catch up premium, which interventions we will put into place and what the results will be.  This will be reviewed at regular intervals to monitor it’s effectiveness.
